How quickly you receive a response depends on the type of consultation you choose:

• ‍Standard (€49): response within 5 working days.
• ‍Fast help (€59): response within 48 hours, including weekends.
• ‍Even faster help (€99): response within 24 hours, including weekends.

Once your dermatologist has assessed your consultation, you'll receive a notification and can view your medical advice in the Skindr app.

Depending on your health insurance fund or insurer, you may be eligible for a discount or reimbursement for your Skindr consultation.

Yes. After receiving your dermatologist's response, you can ask additional questions or share additional information through the chat in the Skindr app.

How long you can continue asking questions depends on the type of consultation you choose:

• Standard (€49): up to 24 hours after the dermatologist's response.
• Fast help (€59): up to 3 days after the dermatologist's response.
• Even faster help (€99): up to 7 days after the dermatologist's response.

This gives you the opportunity to ask your dermatologist additional questions directly after receiving your medical advice.

To use Skindr independently, you must be at least 18 years old. As a parent, you can start a consultation for your child if they are under 18. You can also start a consultation for another family member or someone you are responsible for.

A consultation with a dermatologist via Skindr starts from €49. The dermatologist reviews your information and photos and provides personalized medical advice on the next steps. You can also ask your dermatologist additional questions via chat.

DKV: Do you have outpatient insurance with DKV? Submit your Skindr proof of payment to DKV to request reimbursement, depending on the terms of your policy.

AG: If you're an AG customer, you can request reimbursement through Easly, AG's health partner. You can submit your request digitally and track its status online.

An online consultation through Skindr takes place in a few simple steps:

1. Describe your skin concern and upload clear photos using your smartphone.
2. A dermatologist reviews your photos and the information you provided.
3. If additional information is needed, the dermatologist may ask you to provide more details or upload additional photos.
4. After the assessment, you receive personalized medical advice and clear information about the next steps in the Skindr app.
5. You’ll receive a notification when your dermatologist’s advice is available.
6. You can then ask additional questions through the chat. How long you can do this depends on the type of consultation you selected.

If your skin concern cannot be sufficiently assessed online, the dermatologist will let you know and advise you on the next steps.
