Wie kan gebruik maken van Skindr?

Wat betekent gemiddelde wachttijd?
Waiting times in dermatology can stretch to several months. Skindr is actively working to change this by streamlining communication with your dermatologist. The dermatologists affiliated with Skindr aim to respond to your consultation as quickly as possible.
Depending on the type of consultation you choose, we guarantee a response within 5 working days (€49), 48 hours (including weekends, €59) or 24 hours (including weekends, €99).
Hoeveel kost een consultatie via Skindr?
A consultation with a dermatologist starts from €49 on Skindr. The doctor reviews your information and photos and sends you advice, along with any digital documents you need for aftercare. You can ask your dermatologist follow-up questions by chat.
Thanks to our partnerships with insurers and health funds, a reimbursement or discount is available too:
- DKV: up to 80% reimbursed, depending on your outpatient policy.
- AG: €9 per consultation.
- Helan: €9 per consultation.
- Neutraal Ziekenfonds (Neutral Health Fund): €9 per consultation.

Hoe krijg ik mijn terugbetaling?
Are you a Helan member? Download the Skindr app through My Helan and you get €9 off your first consultation. You'll also find the discount code there, which you enter when you pay. One thing to watch: if you download the app straight from the App Store or Play Store, the discount won't apply. You'll find the full conditions on the Helan website.
Are you insured with DKV? Submit your Skindr payment receipt to your outpatient insurance. DKV pays you back directly.
Are you an AG customer? Your reimbursement runs through Easly, AG's official health partner. You submit your claim online and track its status there.
Are you a CM member? Enter the promo code CM9 when you pay. Your benefit is deducted straight away.
