Refund Policy

At Skindr, we strive to ensure that every patient receives the right care, at the right time. When you don't have any value after your consultation, Skindr can offer you a new consultation free of charge in the form of a voucher with a value equal to the amount of your original consultation.

Definition of value

When did you get value

You have received value when you have received one or more of these items.

  • You have received a diagnosis.
  • You have received advice or treatment.
  • You received a physical referral at one of our partner locations (link to landing page)

When did you not receive value

You have not received a value and are therefore eligible for a voucher if one or more of the following situations apply:

  • The doctor was unable to give a diagnosis or advice because the information submitted was insufficient to assess your skin condition.
  • The doctor ruled that a physical consultation is necessary, but:
    • you choose to contact a dermatologist of your choice yourself, or
    • Skindr was unable to offer a suitable partner location near you.

How do you get the voucher?

  1. If you meet the conditions, you will automatically receive a voucher worth the amount of your original consultation before closing the consultation.
  2. The voucher does not expire and can be used at any time.
  3. Enter the voucher code at the checkout of your next consultation; the amount will be deducted automatically.
  4. If you have not received a voucher but think you are eligible, please contact our team at care@skindr.com. Include:
    • The name and it email address with which you performed the consultation
    • The datum of the consultation
    • The reason why you think you are entitled to a voucher
    Our team will review your request carefully. You will receive an answer via email within a week.

When are you not entitled to a voucher:

  • You are not satisfied with the proposed treatment.
  • In the meantime, you have contacted another doctor within the specified and chosen response period.

When are you entitled to a refund (no voucher):

  • You have paid twice by mistake for the same consultation.
